Apo gives 30% speed buff. So for example if your champion has 200 speed then 30% buff makes him 260 speed. Or if you are 300 speed then you are 390 speed. I'm guessing that all of his champs are above 270 speed meaning that with apo they are all above 340 speed giving them each 2 turns to the cb 1 turn.

I love my Turvold, I really only use him now in Arena vs Duchess teams. With a couple of buffs on him he will 1 shot a Duchess through pretty much any buffs.
