6ish months ago (before my first cans cleared) I narrowed it down to 3 systems: keymo, xeno, and Kurz. I passed on the keymo when I saw the price, weight, and the few threads that popped up every 4-6 weeks regarding faulty keymos (I haven't seen any threads in a while so im hoping they took care of whatever issues they were having).

I think that KeyMo is inherently better in that the suppressor is locked in and it's - in theory - not possible for it to walk off. Some of the more popular suppressors that Dead Air makes also come with the KeyMo standard. Xeno on the other had (like you mentioned) is lighter, shorter, and significantly less $$$.

As much as I like the KeyMo on my Sandman, I went for Xeno on my Sierra 5. Figured that it’s a lightweight profile barrel that the can will go on, so I may as well save a few more ounces. That's really dependent on the size of the muzzle device, size of the chamber, and the type of cartridge.
