Articles on HIV, published in English, listed in the Directory of open access journals, African Journals Online, Google scholar, and PubMed were reviewed.Evaluation accuracy was measured in 16 items and had a 3.10 score. Evaluation satisfaction was measured in 14 items and had a 3.07 score. Overall, these numbers can be interpreted to mean that many of the people had a positive perception of the evaluation effectiveness.
