Such a terrible platform. I made a booking for twin room. A very clear description on traveluro's confirmation. But when I checked in , the hotel told me no twin room available. The hotel said we got info from traveuluro for one twin or double room based on the avaliablity. Do not use traveluro!! It will ruin your vacation. A day later I received from Traveluro sends me this awesome deal for same hotel almost $300 cheaper if I prepay so I cancel original & book the prepay with no cancellation. Showed up to hotel, no pets accepted. Traveluro sent me a confirmation code and then I called the hotel. Long story short, the confirmation code that I had wasn’t one that Traveluro issues. I called traveluro and they picked up really quick, and said they’d give me the official confirmation in 24 hours. They did and I called the hotel, and they said everything was good to go.
