I just installed a complete used 3 plug on a 2007 gmc and have no power,nothing works. Thank you for helping me find it. That a-frame looks tweaked, the center pin hole is egged out and it looks cracked at the welds. The headlight cross member is bent pretty bad too.The plow raises no problem. The Plow raises when trying to angle left. The Plow will "try" to angle right, but will no go far and returns to straight. The Plow lowers no problem. I have tried two different controllers (fish stick and joy stick) and tried cleaning the solenoid connections. Neither made a difference.

The solenoid won't turn on the plow motor unless the controller calls for it to. But if the controller isn't turning on, then the solenoid will stay off forever.This is a first. The brown and green wire on the small terminal is your controller trigger wire.. when you press any power buttons it sends positive to operate the coil. Coming off the solenoid positive side is a red/green wire that powers 2 fuses that turn into red/blk and red white and plug into port 1.

Also before this happened the plow would move very slow when you would angle it. It took apart the joystick and everything looks good. Any help would be aprreciated. make sure both plugs are plugged in- need the ground from the power plug and make sure all the connections in the 9/11 pin plug are good, clean and functional.

Remove the power wire from the plow motor. The controller is sensing a high amp draw and is shutting off as a result. Start by removing the heaviest amp draw first. My guess is the motor seized over the summer. If not the motor work your way back through each connection.The most likely cause is a faulty crossover relief valve on the control valve. This valve stands straight up out of the valve and kind of looks like a big acorn. This valve is not really serviceable as it operates at very high pressures is adjusted at around 4000psi.
