I have a friend thats looking into a daytona dodge charger for his daughter for her when she turns 16.His only concerns is there a tunner or some thing the dealer can do to put a MAX speed of 75-80 mph on the car i have looke da predator (diablo sport) but all it says is raise speed limiter to 190.I think you can adjust shift points with a Diablo tuner but there are devices that will allow you to reprogram your shift points. Regarding maximum safe rpm’s for a stock 5.7, I have heard 6,000. If I was going to run my car at those shift points, I would consider changing valve springs and deleting MDS. athomp22.
