What the other guy said. You need 70 defense to be able to wear crystal armor. Without the armor, the bowfa isn't worth using. 80 range and 70 agility outright. 82 smithing and crafting if an iron man. effectively 70 defence to wear crystal armor, as without it the bow is much worse.

Definitely get bowfa, if you're planning to do insanity expert runs. Last rowing at warden p4 will be much smoother and Zebak will be faster. However you can skip bowfa if u can get a twisted bow or shadow. when i did the combat task, i calced acb + dhide was better dps than crystal bow + crystal armor.

Zulrah is probably your best bet in all honesty for a quick rebuild. Basically a zero risk boss. So basically I'm gonna try and liquidate 70%ish of my bank to get the BOFA and crystal set.
