The management staff is good at communicating and always willing to listen to concerns or new ideas. Lifestance is a place where I truly feel valued.The minimum is "30 hours of availability to work" to be considered full time and receive benefits. The percentage is 65 split and they have some stock options. The most useful review selected by Indeed. Pay is decent, but it seems difficult for them to keep a full caseload for you. Very stressful financially when your pay may vary several hundred dollars from month to month. Patients complain non-stop regarding poor communication; never can get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back.
