Yesterday I found my phone couldn't connect to the internet so I contacted Tracfone customer service via online chat. The CSR spend an hour doing different things and told me to restart my phone after 30-45 minutes. They scheduled a callback in 45 minutes, but my phone still couldn't get any service.
