The I6 and the 351 C use different engine perches on the frame. You would need to cut the rivets both on your truck and a donor truck to remove the engine perches and then bolt the 351 C or 300 I6 ...

You'll need to move some existing stuff around (e.g. A/C compressor, power steering pump, and the likes are in different places). The transmission should work, but be aware that the bellhousing might not bolt up.
