Drawback is that you can only play offline that way. Im playing with Flawless Widescreen and you can choose from any of the Ultrawidescreen resolutions, works absolutely fine. But yes, only offline. It's been a while so I could be misremembering it,all I did was : converted .bat to .exe > renamed it to match the Elden ring original > Boot it up with flawless widescreen Or I did the conversion > made a shortcut of it > renamed it with the original name > placed it on the folder and deleted the original .exe
