Hello Rocco, so normally when the transmission lights are flashing in Honda vehicles it indicates the computer has detected a problem with the transmission and a Code has been stored in the TCM. Handheld scanners and any less than shop grade scan tools will not read TCM and ABS codes.
It will need to be scanned for fault codes, which will tell the area of concern. Possible causes include input or output transmission speed sensor, shift solenoid, clutch pressure switch, fluid pressure switch, torque converter clutch solenoid, or other issue.
