The plan was to play through my first Paladin run as in oath of the Ancients Paladin but then I went to kill the false paladins in the toll house and apparently that was the wrong thing to do. Take a two-level dip into Warlock for Eldritch Blast, then for your invocations, Agonizing Blast (if you have decent CHA) or Repelling Blast (if you dumped CHA) and Devil's Sight.
