After a lot of research, we made the wrong decision and went with SimpliSafe. The videos and online manuals made setup appear simple. We purchased one keypad , 8 entry sensors, motion sensor, doorbell, door lock, and camera. Much of it was very simple to set up and some of it even very impressive.I tried deleting the sensor from the system and reinstalling it but it would not reinstall. I removed the OEM battery to check it's voltage. It measured at only 2.8 volts. I replaced the battery with a new Duracell 2032.
