Jun 7, 2019 · The P365 was already an ultra-concealable gun. The standard P365 has a 3.1-inch barrel and an overall length of 5.8 inches. It’s a short and sweet gun. The sig p365 width is only 1 inch wide, and 4.3 inches tall with the standard 10 round magazine. It’s about a tenth of an inch long with the 12 round magazine.
In the hand the Hellcat has squarer edges whereas the P365 is rounder. The Springfield is boxier. This isn’t a negative, though, as it fills up a dude-sized hand better and is perfectly comfortable. Somehow the backstrap on the Springfield ends up longer than on the SIG but the frontstrap ends up shorter.The XL is slightly larger, with a half-inch longer barrel, compared to the original P365. The added length doesn't hurt concealability at all. However, it does help in accuracy a bit with an increased sight radius. I had a chance to shoot both the 365 XMACRO slide on an Icarus Pro Elite A.C.E. grip module a 365 XL slide with PMM Micro JTTC and Barrel on the same Icarus Pro Elite A.C.E. grip module. They both shot great with zero malfunctions. The PMM Micro JTTC was noticebly less "snappy" and "smoother". Price/Value. The retail price on the SIG P365 is $599 and $399 on the Taurus GX4. That’s a $200 difference, and both of these guns go for about $50 under MSRP. That said, you can sometimes find the SIG for sale at $500, which puts these guns at $150 to $200 apart in price. You do have to take the sights into account.
