I think it has to do with delayed unlocks. I use a widget to unlock and randomly it doesn't work, and then I hit it again and it does. After a while it will unlock again, then locks itself after 10 min if I dont do it myself because of my Robot. I also have seen it where it says it is unlocked, but the bolt never moved. I use the ZWave locks.
