According to my manual, these are what options are left for "Cranks, but won't start". -Fuel line clogged. -Spark plugs not in good contact. -Spark plugs fouled or wet. -Incorrect Spark plug gap. -Incorrect valve clearance. I have taken the following off the list. -No fuel in tank. -Fuel broken down (used stabilizer)The primary clutch and the crank shaft is mounts on - make sure there is NO LUBRICANT AT ALL. If there is lubricant, then that could be the issue. If the primary were to go on to far, the cooling fins on the back of the clutch could hit the metal plate behind it.
