Don't waste your money tbh; one score above 450 has a high chance of passing, so two only solidifies that chance. Focus on high yield OMM, biostats, micro, and any other weaknesses you currently have, and you should be more than ready. You got this! If I were in your position I would just keep doing Truelearn since you can review those questions.

I've seen 450+ being mentioned, but what about those who consistently score over 400 on COMSAE's? The NBOME posted a study about this comparing students from 2019-2020 I believe. 400 on comsae was like 90-95% chance of passing, 450 on COMSAE was 95-100% chance, and 500 was at least 100% chance of passing the real deal.
