There's people making 800m to 1b per hour in Reboot. So you might get 1-2 black cubes per hour in regular server while in reboot you can get 30-40 black cubes per hour. Now it's up to you if you prefer just buying gear or cubing services or Meso to NX trades to Reboot where you can self progress with cubing a lot easier.

Empress should be in between but you can pretty much get CRA when you can get empress so pointless. Just do any of the things you listed whenever you want. This game is marathon not a sprint. Optimizing thing will most likely just make you hate the game. 5.6 Month Hyper Burning Progression.
