Left armpit smells worse than right.
It's happened to me over the last year. I didn't particularly sweat a lot or stink (at least I think) previously in either armpit. But one armpit is noticeably more sweaty and stinky now. No swelling or pain. I've had a biopsy on the non-sweaty armpit but that was over 20 years ago. I'm mid-40's now and the problem just now occurring.
