Too lazy to do any builds by yourself, but still want to try this brand new shiny 22th perk deck? Than I have something for you. This build was tested on DSOD by me and worked pretty good. I will not clame that this is THE best build for Leech, or that it is fully optimized, but it is good enough for those who only starting to learn this deck.

You don't benefit from faster-med bag deployment (unless leech); if you want that 10% reduction, just use FAK. Painkillers benefit inspire aced a lot because it make heavy armor build (ie. armorer, anarchist, crook) near invincible and helps stoic, kingpin and leech survive a certain death after being revivedKills reduces the cooldown yeah, and 2 kills will also give you invincibility for 1 second. If you build Leech with DPS weapons in mind, you'll never suffer any cooldowns if I'm being honest. Leech is a strong perk deck, capable of carrying any setup. I've even seen people with no skill points used at all and still doing well because of how good Leech is. That strength is what makes it a fun deck, allows for a lot of experimentation and for a multitude of playstyles. Leech build (first iteration, please build up on it) Shock and Awe Aced and/or Transporter basic over Dire Need Aced IMO. Fire Control Aced would be nice too, but usually not needed. You run Die Hard ace but you don't have a ballistic vest. wtf is this build lmao.

But if you really value First aid kits over ammo bags for aggressively destroying an entire swat team alone, Akimbo Ak Gen 21s are hilariously ammo efficient for Akimbo Smgs, granted you have trigger discipline and maxed out accuracy.
Hacker or any dodge build is fine as long you don't absolutely rely on dodge and let jesus take the wheel. How are you supposed to use the ampule when armorgating with bullseye is preferable? You still usually run out of hp in like 4-5 hits with the ampule activated, you can get objectives done, sure, but it's just like swansong.
