Egegik drifters have hauled in 81.9% of the harvest this season, and setnetters have caught 18.1%. Escapement was at 51,234 fish yesterday, for a total season escapement of 653,910 fish. The total bay-wide harvest kept climbing after the surprising haul Thursday. Friday’s harvest was a staggering nearly 3 million fish, making it unequivocally the biggest haul of the season.
