I was just reading the 9th edition Tyranids codex and in one page they say hive fleet Tiamet is calling Genestealer cults to it for an unknown reason. What if Tiamet is gathering an insane amount of biomass to one area to make a dangerously large swarm. Or to "feed" whatever construct they're building.
