Emudeck told me to only activate 4 CPU cores via Power Tools plugin but that did not noticeably improve the performance. The version of Yuzu on my Steam Deck is horrendously outdated, and without EmuDeck, I'm not sure how to install Yuzu. I managed to find the AppImage file for the latest Linux mainline release of Yuzu, but I'm unsure of the installation process. I just fixed this issue myself. To be clear you need to have a working AppImage of Yuzu on your Steam Deck to begin with. I say this for those who may just be starting to configure Yuzu: make sure your Yuzu AppImage has been configured with the firmware and keys.

The yuzu on windows works way better than the steam deck Linux version in the games that I've tested. On the windows version all the mirrors and reflective surfaces work perfectly, on the Linux version they're all glitched out still.
