Wipe down the interior of the tube and assemble dry. Let them sit loaded, even partially, for a few days. Shoot them a few times. The design of the P365 magazine is such that the spring rate on them is so high sometimes it takes a bit of work cycling for the components to wear in slightly for full capacity to be reached.Well it's dry here, but I sweat all over my P365X Macro and P365 while hiking, running etc. After such outings, I take them out of the holster, wipe them down with a dry rag and re-holster. I don't bother removing the mag or oil them and I've not had any issues with the gun or mags. Joe.

I have had issues with practice ammo misfires. there is a tap mark on the round and if I put it back in the clip it will fire. I get a misfire every 4th or 5th round or random. I sent it back to sig twice. they replaced trigger mechanism and trigger bar and its still having same issue.I had FTE/FTF problems and RTB issues with my early 2018 stock p365 when SIG fitted the slides to rails extremely tight. After a ton of manually cycling the slide for hours and about 300+ of Nato 124gr rounds in the slide was smooth as glass and my problems went away. I hope you're able to pinpoint the exact problem. It cycled just fine, using everyday 147-grain range ammo. I have also tried it with the Beretta 80X Cheetah using the same PMC ammo I had in the .380 Sig. Again, no problems. That wasn’t really a surprise.New serialized frame module. Much better fit, but they scratched the slide and dented the grip. Back to NH it goes.

However, my P365 is an early production model (February 2018) and aside from the dead night sights (which was fixed by Sig), I have yet to have an issue with the gun.
