I would suggest you check your wheel balance, especially you have new tires. Balancing should be done when you replace tires. If you hear rumbling noise especially at high speed it will be quite possible, it is your wheel balance. If you feel your car wobbling, I would suggest you check your tie rods or wheel alignment.

Jon Jon Member. I have the same issue in my 2008. It will get stuck at about 65 mph when I am going 80. It will just randomly correct itself, then drop back down to 65. Also, it will sometimes stay at 20 mph when come to a complete stop. Once I start accelerating, the speed will go up from 20 mph.
