Honestly just use it to identify content gaps and rough timing. The percentages matter fuck all imo. I got a 498 on AAMC FL 1 a week and a half ago, drilled the shit out of UWorld, and got a 510 on NS FL 2 a day ago. My Uworld percentages were garbage but I learned a TON from my mistakes.

You don’t need to do a ton of content before, but realize that you won’t get many questions right.Happy MCAT-ing! Break problems into chunks of 20-30, gradually increase this to 30-40 if you have time. This gives you enough to practice getting into a grove, but not too many so that you feel like you need to find 90+ minutes at a time to do them/review. Uworld is incredible I can't recommend it enough. I tend to use it more as a teaching than a testing tool, so if I'm practicing physics and have no idea what equation I would use, then it's an open book question and I just use it to learn rather than as a test.
