If you get the aquilonian dlc, the light armor from that is agility. Can do that at level 1. You can run straight to sepermaru and get relic hunter recipe from on top of a house. It can also be looted from the chests in Sepermaru. Three pieces grant +3% agility weapon damage, two give increased carrying capacity.I always use advance flexibility/ gliding joints myself.
