And as you mentioned, some tokens have biotech options. Other than that, you need to get experience from using the skill. The training from Sarah gets you to 3, which is enough for basic implants, like the first eye in the Armory. What skills dont need those and still can pass all of the checks? So far I just completed the Heart getting the fuel cell. I have Biotech tagged on evans with no skill monkey and its at level 7 close to 8. We have Computer trainer after all With skill monkey and zen mutation you can reach sneak 4 untagged in act 1 on MC. You do not need to rely on repairing damaged implants to raise electronics, plenty of opportunities to raise it, especially if tagged.
