Choke shotgun markings.

Hello, i came to this forum to get some help determining the type of chokes on my shotgun, its a Acciao Breda B4 oxu, old shotgun, the markings on my Left (upper) barrel is 18.4 and on the Right (lower) is 18.3, im pretty lost on how to calculate the choke type, if anyone could help me know more about my shotgun not only choke type if full, improved cylinder, modified, etc.A5 guy. I've found that some of the choke markings are not always accurate on my Uggie. Do yourself a favor and get a $40 gauge measuring tool from Midway or Brownels.
