Actiontiles weather not working.

Browsers working: Safari and Chrome (on Macbook OS High Sierra). Browsers not working: Safari (on iPad Mini first gen running iOS 9.3.5), Opera (on High Sierra), Firefox (on High Sierra), Silk (on 2017 Amazon Fire tablet). I'm on a Mac, so hitting F12 isn't pulling up a console, but I was able to pull console up for Safari.A video cam feed, the weather or a map showing traffic in your area are three things that come to mind. Adding direct APIs to non-SmartThings devices (and/or even supporting SmartThings Things with non-standard Capabilities - Commands & Attributes) is something we are deferring indefinitely. Folks have requested direct control of Nest, Wink, Hue, etc., etc., etc. -- it is a popular wish list. We reiterate that ActionTiles is meant as a highly customizable builder for web based "SmartThings view & control" Panels - not a video monitoring matrix. The tinyCam App, for example, is an excellent video camera matrix with DVR capabilities, motion detection, transcoding, etc..- functionality that is outside the scope of our mission.

Actiontiles does not have a Pollen Count capability, but it does have illuminance. I already have converted the Pollen Count index measurement to a temperature capability, and that is displayed on my Dashboard as a whole number with the degrees symbol BUT that only gives me a whole number, no decimals.

I’m trying to find a good way to get the weather forecast for my location in Canada. There doesn’t seem to be a SmartThings device that exposes the high/low forecast for the day without custom code. (The Accuweather tiles don’t seem to work at all). Would it be best to pursue a media item from a URL? Or am I just missing something obvious?

Jul 29, 2020 · This one is from an ActionTile dashboard. There are many options. There is a built-in weather component in Hubitat, Open Weather if you get an API key is pretty easy to add. You just add a Virtual Device, Weather, then paste an API key and check your location. It is fairly basic but it works good.

ActionTiles experienced a system wide outage on April 16, 2021 approximately from 3:00 pm to 3:40 pm PST. The outage occurred due to a Google Cloud component that went offline at that time. The outage affected all users, but did not result in any loss of data. The service was restored as soon as the Google Cloud outage ended. This is great, but I've moved past the ActionTiles setup a long time ago, but still continue to be a beta tester.
