Absolutely abysmal customer service. Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back. DO NOT USE. Date of experience: April 26, 2024. I originally booked a horrible hotel room and needed to cancel the second day reservation (there were bugs and it was clearly unclean).
