Enclave plasma and regular plasma use different mods. The enclave ones can be gotten from dropped connection or the Watoga vendors. The flamer barrel is not causing the weapon to deal fire damage, so it doesn’t count for friendly fire. You need a beta or gamma capacitor for that to happen, and those mods don’t exist for this weapon. If you want friendly fire on a rifle build, use a normal plasma or laser rifle with one of those capacitors. They do.

VATS crits are worthless because no one uses flamers in VATS. Slower breaking is actually kinda good, but A/FFR is just better overall.
