This item is kind of like a quest in itself, and by completing its objectives you'll make your Riskrunner even more powerful. It starts with a joy in suffering / pain and gain quest. riskrunner is a seriously fun and amazing exotic but it feels like its been left behind expecially with ikelos and centrifuse, its still very good escpecially with the arc damage resistance but centrifuse and ikelos do this but without needing arc damage, a perk like this added to its catalyst would make the gun more viable and waay more fun to use
