May 15, 2020 · I have 3 Tikka's, 1 Christiansen Ridgeline, and sold my Savage Ultralight. I love my Ridgeline but, for the money, Tikka all the way. Each Tikka I have was easy to load for and I get 1/2 moa or better. The Ridgeline I can only get down to 3/4 moa for twice, almost 3 times, the price. Mine’s been crazy accurate, 300 WM. Personally I wouldn’t have any concerns with regards to fit and finish, but I don’t doubt there’s issues out there. The thread on the Ti version of the Mesa really shows that the stocks seems to be their weakness (lots seemed to be coming in over weight). I was in the same boat deciding on these three a couple months ago. I ended up purchasing a Tikka t3x superlite, decking it out with mountain tactical goods, cerekote and mesa precision stock. Its a hell of a shooter I couldn't be happier. The rifle ends up weighing 6 pounds on the dot. My opinion on the three: (MY OPINION, they are all great guns)
