Nest/Google should really update their requirements on this thing in the documentation to say 16-24 VAC and 20-40VA. 10-20VA just isn't enough. 1.

With 4 wires like that you basically ignore the second wire on each terminal. For each terminal pull one wire off, add the wire from the Nest Chime Connector (puck), tighten the screw, plug the free wire into the Nest connector that has the same color wire (white or grey).
