Why is madden taking out my starters.

Then i found out Madden 23 took 100% usage of my cpu and only 50-60% of my gpu. As you can see below, the cpu usage went up to 85-90% when it is on main menu, it went up to 100% when i was playing MUT or quick game. I tried everything I find online, Shader Cache, low in-game quantity, non-fullscreen, lock to 60 fps, no V-sync, run System File ...Same with Pierce at RB. They aren't injured and they're all labeled as starters. It's really annoying when I'm in the playoffs and they roll out Noah Brown and Xavier Hutchinson for me for the entire game.
