I created a unique connect client debian package and installed it on my Ubuntu machine. The Access dashboard sees the device and sees the client connect. When I connect (from my Windows machine) I just get a blank screen in the connect window. The client is online, awake and connected to the internet.It shows in add remove programs as screenconnect client. It doesn’t show up in the tray. I can see 2 services running: automate monitoring service and automate watchdog service.
