So I haven't been using the ps5 for a bunch of weeks because Totk and today I briefly turned it on to watch some videos. The console turned on but it prompts me to press the PS button constantly. When I press i select the user and then it prompts me again to press the ps button in an endless loop. I've tried the controller plugged and unplugged ... Tech Support.
