Edit: If for some reason you absolutely must use the Mob Duplicator, it does appear you can remove it from the blacklist. Open the instance folder > config > open 'industrialforegoing.cfg' > find the line 'mob_duplicator' . Under that heading you can remove 'iceandfire:firedragon' and/or 'iceandfire:icedragon' .
