In order to be able to remote control your customer's Mac running macOS Catalina, instruct them to perform the following steps.
Please note: It is very important to follow steps #5 - #7, because it won't show up until you follow those steps. I've just done these steps, restarted my computer, and at last, LogMeInRescue does not appear.
