Its kind of like a poping creeking sound on take off only. I've done lower control arms, rack and pinion, and both fron hub assembly's and still the sound. If I turn the fan speed up (with the outside air option LED lit) and press the snowflake (to kick on the compressor) it doesn't make the knocking noise.
