Probably the most accessible geo counter is zpalp lead with thrawn and fallen bastila. They may still struggle against higher geared geos though. Traya does really well, but she's harder to get. Jawas can also do it, but that's literally all they're good for, so I wouldn't recommend gearing them up just for that.
