We have tried opening all doors, rushing the correct room first, lowering the difficulty, but nothing so far has worked. It is really frustrating as we are ...Spent. Once you have it, you can probably finish the quest in just 2-3 scenarios with the right enemies, since you can use it multiple times per scenario and it gives such a huge bonus that it's not hard to land a killing blow with it. Plus there are items that help unspent other items. Tip. Hey everyone, me and my friends played tabletop Gloomhaven and turning into digital version recently. We used to play personal quests as secret in tabletop but in the digital version you are able to see everyone's personal quest by just hovering the mouse cursor on each character.Funny enough, my personal quest was to kill 15 Vermlings and the first scenario we played had a bunch of Vermlings in it and I managed to kill 16 in the scenario, so as soon as I replayed LB. I'd have to retire them again, but I just did the rewards and grabbed a new Life Goal and kept my character. LB is a beast.

Some of the personal quests involve killing a certain number of monsters. The official FAQ has clarified that the character must be the one to land the killing blow in order for it to count towards the quest. What happens if I perform an attack that inflicts Wound on the monster, and they later die as a result of that Wound.
