I have a 2013 Durango with 40K on it and get a clunking noise in the front end. The best way that I could tell ya is to look at the bushings and see if they are worn. If the nut on top is loose, take it the rest of the way off.. and go drive around and see if the noise goes away. Take both sides off, believe its a 14mm nut.
